Donald Trump should make it clear that his administration will prosecute illegal voters vigorously. Then at least some of the illegals, and perhaps many of them, might decide that it’s better simply to reside illegally in America without taking the risk of voting illegally, calling attention to themselves, and then being deported back to the sh–hole countries. Republicans everywhere should realize: this is a national, all-hands-on-deck emergency. The future of America may, and probably does, depend on limiting this election to Americans.

The protests on campus feel cowardly. On one level, it follows that the most coddled generation in human history exercises its activism in what amounts to ivy-walled safe spaces. On another level, cowardice begets cowardice. Student activists celebrate the murder of unarmed people their age who, like them, slept in tents at the Nova music festival. At the University of Wisconsin, UNC-Chapel Hill, and DePaul, they do not grasp the irony. The activism for activism’s sake on American campuses does not save a single Palestinian.

That’s the biggest threat brought on by Mr. Biden’s failure to defend his own policies forcefully. Biden Administration Finalizes Rule That will Open Up ObamaCare to Illegal Immigrants

The Biden administration published a new rule that will allow tens of thousands of illegal immigrants to receive health care through ObamaCare. The new rule removes a prohibition on illegal immigrants protected from deportation under the 2012 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program from accessing healthcare through the Affordable Care Act. The rule will go into effect as soon as November 1, and the administration estimates 100,000 uninsured illegal immigrants will be able to access taxpayer-funded health insurance.

Perhaps the weirdest thing about former President Donald Trump’s trial is that we do not know precisely what crime Trump is charged with committing.  It’s tempting to make fun of this. But it is not funny. If Trump is convicted on all 34 felony counts against him, the maximum sentence he would face is 136 years in prison. That’s crazy in itself. But then there is the more fundamental insult to basic principles of justice in which the accused has a right to know the charges against him. It is the insanity at the heart of the Trump trial.

Although Hur reported that Biden had willfully retained state secrets in unsecured locations and illegally shared them with a ghostwriter, he concluded that Biden should not be prosecuted for these violations.
