The Trans Reckoning Is Not Yet Here — But It’s Coming Soon
Scott McKay, The American Spectator
In states where Republicans dominate the legislature and the governor’s mansion, the bills on transgender surgeries, locker rooms, girls’ sports, and even pronouns generally speaking are all passing or have passed. But we should go further. Ruinous liability should be imposed on those who profit from this outrage. There should be implications in family law for those adults who abuse their responsibility and lead children down this satanic and ruinous path. And resources should be invested in educating about this disastrous fraud.

How Social Media Censorship May Impact the 2024 Presidential Election
Patricia Tolson, The Epoch Times
Andrew Riddaugh served as a key figure in the Presidential Advance team for all four years of President Donald Trump’s term in the White House. In an interview with the Epoch Times, Mr. Riddaugh explained how Big Tech appears to be dusting off the same censorship tactics it used to influence the outcome of the 2020 presidential election cycle—shutting down the accounts of people expressing views outside of the preferred narrative, suppressing stories that might damage President Joe Biden’s campaign—to impact the results in 2024.

Are Iran’s Nine Lives Nearing an End?
Victor Davis Hanson, American Greatness
Does even the Lebanese Hezbollah really want to take revenge against Israel on behalf of Persian Iran, only to see its Shia neighborhoods in Lebanon reduced to rubble? Do all the pro-Hamas protestors on American campuses and in the streets really want to show Americans they celebrate Iranian attacks and a potential Iranian war against the United States? Does Iran really believe 99 percent of any future Israel barrage against Iranian targets would fail to hit targets in the fashion that its own recent launches failed?

Biden EPA Giving Millions to ‘Immigrant Justice’ Groups Registering, ‘Mobilizing’ Dem-Leaning Voting Bloc
Star News Staff (Nick Pope), The Star News Network
As part of a $600 million round of grant funding issued in December 2023 to advance “environmental justice,” the EPA gave out $50 million to a Fordham U-led coalition including the New York Immigration Coalition and the New Jersey Alliance for Immigrant Justice. The NYIC explicitly engages in “nationally recognized” voter registration and get-out-the-vote efforts and pushed for a NYC law that allows non-citizens to vote, while the NJAIJ has advocated for same-day voter registration and maintains a voter registration portal.

That Civil War Movie Is a Symptom of Hollywood’s Problems
Kurt Schlichter, Townhall
The movie is afraid to make a point because it doesn’t want to alienate anyone. Conservative billionaires, you have an opportunity to make a real difference. Instead of wasting cash donating to DC think tanks, throw a few million bucks behind some conservative movies. That was Andrew Breitbart’s hope – that we make quality, thought-provoking entertainment with a conservative message. The thought-provoking and entertaining parts come before the conservative message part. Until we do, we’re going to be stuck with stuff like "Civil War."

This week’s other Trump legal story
Byron York, Washington Examiner
Several justices appeared to be leaning against the DOJ. “The Supreme Court seemed wary on Tuesday of letting prosecutors use a federal obstruction law to charge hundreds of rioters involved in the Capitol attack,” the NYT reported. “The Supreme Court’s conservatives appeared skeptical Tuesday of the way federal prosecutors have deployed a felony charge devised in the aftermath of the 20-year-old Enron financial scandal against about 350 rioters convicted or accused of storming the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021,” reported Politico.

Homeland Security chief Mayorkas refuses to tell Congress if terror attack is imminent
Stephen Dinan, The Washington Times
Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was repeatedly pressed on whether a terrorist attack is imminent in the U.S. but he declined to say, instead assuring lawmakers he is “vigilant.” Mr. Mayorkas, speaking just before the start of Senate impeachment proceedings against him, also wouldn’t say whether people on the government’s terrorist watchlist have been caught and released and are roaming free in the U.S. Instead, he said those whose identities trigger the watchlist can be “priorities” for detention in cases.
